Miami port reopens; cruise ships rejigger itineraries

The Port of Miami reopened Tuesday after a 27-hour closure triggered by a plane crash that killed 20 people. Passengers on the two Carnival cruise ships held at the port received onboard credits or were permitted to cancel without penalty. Both ships had to alter their itineraries due to the delay.
