New Massachusetts sex-ed program promotes abstinence

Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney next month will unveil an 18-month campaign funded by a federal grant to teach abstinence to 12- to 14-year-olds in certain schools. The governor's communications director says the program will supplement, rather than replace, existing sex-ed programs, which include mention of contraceptives.
