Trans fat-free Oreo won't debut for weeks

Kraft Foods officials said the company will begin producing a trans fat-free version of its original Oreo cookie by Jan. 1, but will sell down stocks of the current version of the cookie before shipping the reformulated product. The new cookie will be made with a blend of canola and palm oils.
