Study: Advanced cancer patients want spiritual needs met

People with advanced cancer who have their spiritual needs addressed are more likely to choose hospice care, and the very religious are more likely to forgo aggressive end-of-life treatments, a study found. However, about 60% of the patients said their spiritual needs weren't met or were only minimally addressed.
