Texas teachers say amount of paperwork is a burden

Educators in a Texas district are asking their school board to form a committee to study the amount of paperwork teachers are required to complete because of new programs to track student progress and discipline. Teachers say they are filling out so much paperwork that it might be a violation of a state law. But administrators say all of the paperwork is required by law.
