Sunland sued by U.S. government for causing Salmonella outbreak

A federal court was asked by the government to issue an injunction against Sunland, a peanut butter company linked to a multistate salmonella outbreak in the fall. New Mexico-based Sunland would not be able to receive, process or distribute until it has a plan to follow federal health standards.
