How Americans use e-mail

Nearly half of Americans admit to checking their personal e-mail at work, while 55% claim to view work e-mail at home. More than three-quarters say they made a purchase via a marketing e-mail and 74% said they were more likely to open and act on e-mails from trusted brands. These are just some of the findings of the sixth annual DoubleClick E-mail Solutions study.
