Lafley: P&G learning from Gillette; monitoring snack division

A.G. Lafley, chief executive of Procter & Gamble Co., told the Financial Times the integration of Gillette will include adopting some of that company's business practices, a departure for the consumer goods giant that will see some P&G jobs supplanted by Gillette veterans. Lafley also called P&G's Pringles snack division "an obvious question," suggesting it could be sold if it didn't meet certain financial targets.
