Analysis: Nonresidential building market will remain slow in 2010

Spending patterns on heavy construction projects will experience little change through 2011, writes Jim Haughey. He notes that the positive effect of the stimulus package will be replaced next year by spending on power-grid and transit projects. Meanwhile, in another article Haughey writes that he expects the recession in the nonresidential building market to persist through most of 2010.
