Commentary: Dollar's woes can be tied to Fed policies

The dollar "popped" as a result of careless Federal Reserve policy, Keith R. McCullough writes in a Forbes commentary. "In the end, mentally inflexible habits die hard. So will an American policy of abusing its status as the world's reserve currency and using that currency to create limitless credit. Excessive credit creates asset price bubbles. Then they pop," McCullough writes.
