Group urges use of Web-based registry during emergencies

The American Ambulance Association next month will start informing their medics about a Web-based registry called invisibleBracelet.org, which keeps basic health information and up to 10 emergency contacts for each person who registers. During an emergency, authorized personnel will be able to rapidly access a patient's health history and automatically inform the contacts that their relative or friend is on the way to the hospital.
