Magnum Gas moves forward with natural gas storage plan in Utah

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has accepted Magnum Gas Storage's proposal to construct eight salt caverns in Utah for storage of as much as 45 billion cubic feet of natural gas. "We're still moving through the permitting process, but getting FERC to accept our application was the biggest hurdle we were facing," spokeswoman Tiffany James said.
