Parish residents question Army Corps' Louisiana levee project

Residents of Louisiana's Plaquemines Parish voiced concern their communities could face increased flood risks if the Army Corps of Engineers' major levee improvement project proceeds. Plaquemines will be shut out of the 20-mile levee system, which will provide a 100-year flood protection to St. Bernard and adjacent parishes.
