Republican measures to stop EPA's CO2 finding are unlikely to succeed

Republican lawmakers who are trying to invalidate the Environmental Protection Agency's greenhouse-gas endangerment finding face an "uphill battle," said Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska. However, even if the legislative measures fail, looming lawsuits will "effectively kill the endangerment finding," said Sen. James Inhofe, R-Okla.
