A sustainable disinfection system that safely extends the shelf life of meat, poultry, seafood and produce is being used by Whole Foods Market for its Southwest stores. The Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection System from Eco-Safe Systems USA uses a patent-pending process to create ozonated water for food disinfection.
