Wal-Mart pulls batch of Enfamil from shelves following death

Wal-Mart announced today it has pulled a batch of Enfamil infant formula from its stores nationwide following the death of an infant in Lebanon, Mo. Enfamil-maker Mead Johnson Nutrition said authorities are still conducting tests to determine whether the rare bacteria strain believed responsible for the infant's death came from the formula, the water mixed with the formula or somewhere else.
