"Unschooled" students follow their fancy

Approximately 5% to 10% of the 850,000 American children being home-schooled are estimated to be "unschooled," or freely pursuing their interests through unstructured play, exploratory and real-life activities. "Unschooling" parent Lynne Lisa says her four children are thriving as they explore the rich learning environment that the world offers.
