Starcom to handle Kellogg's U.S. media buying chores

Publicis Groupe's Starcom has been retained by Kellogg to handle media buying on the company's U.S. ad account. Billings are estimated at more than $500 million. Aegis Group's Carat and WPP Group's MindShare were also-rans in the review.
