AAA forecasts small drop in holiday travel

Fewer Americans are planning to travel more than 50 miles over the holiday season this year as compared with last year, according to AAA. Still, almost 64 million people are expected to take a trip this year. "Economic concerns continue to play an important theme when families and friends are finalizing travel plans," said Jim Hanni of AAA. "The good news is that many deals are available for travelers, including hotel, Disney, all-inclusive and cruise savings opportunities."
