Kansas college offers flexibility for nursing students

Dodge City Community College in Kansas is using a three-year, $1.9 million grant to entice nursing students, offering online and night courses, improved technology and outreach to high schools. The school also helps students who work full-time switch careers to nursing. The school's nursing program collaborates with hospitals and medical centers throughout Kansas so students don't have to relocate for clinical training.
