Speed hiring process with a team effort

Hiring managers who are setting goals for 2009 should develop strategies for speed, communication and collaboration to focus on quality not quantity of talent, says Tim de Jardine, chief executive of Hirewall. He recommends allowing teams to interview candidates, collecting honest feedback from them and treating referrals "like gold" to encourage teams to find and recruit quality applicants.
