Survey: Economy makes more teens willing to cut back

While younger children are still requesting high-priced items for the holidays, more teens are scaling back on gifts themselves and understand when their parents need to do the same, according to new research. Still, younger teens and children may need more financial education to make wiser spending choices, said Jack Kosakowski, president of Junior Achievement USA.
