Jared Heyman, who runs an Atlanta market-research firm, says the $600 he pays out in prizes each year is more than worth it. "The program has paid for itself a thousand times over," he says. "In terms of cost savings, revenue enhancement and efficiencies, it's certainly in the six-figure range."
