Frustration over outcome of climate talks is justified, Obama says

Disappointment over the result of the international climate conference was justified, President Barack Obama said. "At least we kind of held ground and there wasn't too much backsliding from where we were," the president added. The summit produced only basic deals that were shy of earlier carbon-reduction targets, as the talks failed to settle the differences between developed and emerging countries.
