Kaplan Thaler ducks out of Aflac review

The Kaplan Thaler Group, which was responsible for Aflac's duck mascot, introduced in 1999, has opted not to participate in a review for the creative portion of the Aflac account, according to this article. Kaplan Thaler cited a policy of not joining in reviews by current clients. The agency has won business from Wendy's, Cascade and Napa Auto Parts in 2009.
