Students with special needs overcome challenges with rock climbing

A recreational program is helping children from two South Carolina schools improve their skills and broaden their access to physical activities through rock-climbing classes at a local indoor climbing facility. About 75 students with special needs have participated in the classes, which are meant to "reconnect kids to adventure and exploration," one program coordinator said.
