Eurogroup's Juncker says common bonds should be assessed

Jean-Claude Juncker, prime minister of Luxembourg and chairman of the Eurogroup, said the idea of launching common euro-zone bonds should be considered. The idea "has its virtues, and that hasn't become clear to everyone", he said. Juncker also said that speculation that the existence of the euro is at risk is false. "The euro is not in a crisis," he said. "The euro is also not endangered. And I consider the talk out there about the euro's existence being endangered to be unscientific blabber."
