Developer submits wind power proposal to Wis. PSC

EEW Services has submitted an application with the Wisconsin Public Service Commission to develop a 102.5-megawatt wind farm in the towns of Forest and Cylon. The company previously attempted to develop a 97-MW wind farm in Forest, but the deal stalled in 2010. EEW Services hopes to begin construction on the Highland Wind Farm project in early 2013, with completion due in 2014, said William Rakocy, a company representative.
