Maine, N.H. Web sites compare health costs using claims

Maine and New Hampshire are the only two states that have health care cost-comparison Web sites based on insurance claims paid on patients in those states. The states set up the sites to give consumers greater transparency in health care pricing, but opponents say they drive up costs.
