Don't overlook Q-and-A forums such as Yahoo! Answers and Answers.com when you're planning your company's social-media strategy, advises Jason Falls. One survey found that many professionals see the forums as a more useful business resource than sites like Twitter, Falls notes, so providing content on the sites can be a valuable way to forge new b-to-b connections.
