U.S. incomes, consumer spending report gain for November

For the fifth consecutive month, personal incomes in the U.S. increased, gaining 0.4% in November, the Commerce Department said. At the same time, consumer spending went up 0.5% from October. Stimulus spending was a big factor in higher incomes.
