Club Med has announced modifications to its Advertising and Rebating policy that reflect a stronger stand against commissions rebating, this feature says. Under the new policies, travel agents are no longer allowed to advertise products by Club Med at prices lower than those specified on its website. "Club Med values the important role that travel agents play in the distribution and sale of Club Med vacations. Only through a healthy distribution system will Club Med be assured of their continued success as the pioneer and innovator of all-inclusive resort vacations around the globe," the company said in a statement.
