Turks and Caicos luxury hotel aims to add value for guests

Karen Whitt, general manager of the Regent Palms Turks and Caicos, says her luxury hotel has tried to differentiate itself with more value-added services such as complimentary long-distance phone calls to the U.S. and Canada. The resort also added a complimentary children's program.
