More Del. schools adopt breakfast in the classroom

Students in 58 district schools in Delaware have access to universal breakfast, and many schools are making such meals available in the classroom in hopes of boosting student participation. Lt. Gov. Matt Denn supports breakfast in the classroom, but said he does not expect the state to establish a policy or law requiring the model, opting instead to encourage districts to handle their programs locally.
