Developers of Aspen resort face lawsuits over fractional ownerships

Eight buyers with contracts for fractional ownerships in the upscale Residences at The Little Nell project in Aspen, Colo., have filed lawsuits to try to get out of their contracts, according to media reports. One lawsuit alleges that the developers of the luxury resort, which has faced extensive construction delays, did not get a full certificate of occupancy in time to comply with the contracts.
