Americans long for vacation but critical of time off

American workers want more time off, but most are afraid to take their vacation days for fear of losing their job or looking lazy, according to a new study. Another survey found 23% of workers feel others judge them when they take time off, and nearly 30% say they get upset when co-workers take time off. Australians don't seem to have such hang-ups, taking an average of 30 days off a year.
