Common core finds acceptance in Fla.

Florida's adoption of the Common Core State Standards has largely been met with the support of teachers, lawmakers and others. While officials in the state have been at odds with teachers over other reforms, including teachers' evaluations and private school vouchers, officials say the common core transition has been relatively smooth. Primary concerns relate to timing, structure and implementation of the new standards.
