Small banks try to cope with end of unlimited deposit guarantee

Small banks in the U.S. are telling customers that their money won't be at risk when the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.'s unlimited guarantee for some accounts ends Monday. The government guarantee on non-interest-bearing accounts will drop to the $250,000 limit that applies to other kinds of accounts.
