Wind-testing towers gain approval in Vt.

Developer Atlantic Wind received clearance from Vermont's Public Service Board to construct three meteorological-testing towers, in Windham and Grafton. The board set several conditions for the project including the need for the approval of any "material deviation," the removal of the towers and related equipment within three years, and a requirement for annual reports to the state Agency of Natural Resources.
