Are meatless options becoming more common in schools?

Student requests have spurred some school nutrition professionals in Illinois to add veggie burgers and other meatless options to their cafeterias' list of available foods. School nutrition professionals say veggie burgers -- in particular -- often do not sell well, but still, some cafeterias keep the patties in stock and prepare them upon student request.
