Tablet use by airline staff favored by passengers, survey says

A survey by a mobile point-of-sale provider reports that 60% of fliers would be more inclined to repeat business if staff used tablets to expedite wait times. Nearly the same percentage expressed positive sentiment about staff using tablets to record in-flight preferences.
