Lawmaker's plan would gut historic A.C. hall for Wynn casino complex

A New Jersey state lawmaker has proposed gutting the historic Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City in order to allow casino mogul Steve Wynn to build a $3 billion retail mall and hotel casino there. The plan calls for preserving the facade of the structure while using its shell for the retail component and attached casino hotel.
