Twin devoted to brother with autism

Anthony Moran, 12, is a straight-A student who has become one of the primary caregivers for his fraternal twin brother, Ryan, who has autism, as well as his non-verbal brother's biggest advocate. Anthony, who wants to become a doctor so he can cure autism, wishes he could ask his brother if he'd rather be normal: "I mean, we're twins," he says. "I could have been him."
