Study suggests health benefits of yo-yo dieting

Yo-yo dieting may help curb inflammation and increase good cholesterol levels even without weight loss, Israeli researchers found. Obese patients who underwent yo-yo dieting also appeared to have reduced risk of cardiovascular problems, even if they regained weight, researchers said.
