World's largest aircraft is scheduled for 2017 launch

Stratolaunch Systems is working on a commercial space plane with a wingspan wider than a football field and hopes to conduct a test launch of the aircraft at Kennedy Space Center in Florida in 2017. Funded by Paul Allen, co-founder of Microsoft, Stratolaunch hopes to carry rockets and, eventually, humans, into space.
