W.Va. airport faces $13M lawsuit

Mountaineer Grading filed a $13 million lawsuit against the Wood County Airport Authority in West Virginia, claiming breach of contract. According to the suit, the airport authority failed to provide "a design free of defects" and contributed to the demise of the construction company.
