"Plugged pipeline" limiting women in tech leadership roles

Instead of a glass ceiling keeping women from ascending to more leadership roles in the technology industry, it is a "plugged pipeline" in which men are more readily promoted, Rosalind Barnett and Caryl Rivers write. They note men often get more credit than women for work that is shared or even for jobs in which women did more of the work.
