Penney billboard featuring a tea kettle that resembled Hitler and a crass AT&T 9/11 tribute tweet were among the "biggest brand fails" listed in this year-end roundup. Hyundai and McDonald's were both cited for ads that used depression as a theme, while Lululemon founder Chip Wilson's comments about women's bodies took the dubious No. 1 spot.
