CDC guidelines aimed at resistant bacteria

U.S. health officials are drawing up new guidelines for hospital infection control in an attempt to thwart the spread of antibiotic-resistant bacteria, such as MRSA. Researchers say they are particularly concerned about bacterial infections that spread beyond the hospital to homes and the workplace.
