U.K., Canada airports reporting delays due to heightened security efforts:

The U.S. government has instructed foreign airports to impose tough security measures on all passengers flying to the U.S. following the Dec. 25 attempt to blow up an airliner. The more thorough screening measures have resulted in flight delays of 3 hours or more at Canadian and U.K. airports.
